• Managing client retention and ensuring seamless policy renewals.
• Developing alternate channels to penetrate the group business market.
• Maintaining and updating client databases and sales processes.
• Strengthening relationships with corporate clients and agents.
• Analysing market potential and competitor activities for business growth.

Requirements: * Graduate with 4+ years of experience in the insurance industry.

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience in client servicing and corporate account management.
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills for driving business growth.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
