Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager , Contract Support Team
In this role, you will be responsible for reading, interpreting and reviewing various types of Technology contracts including Telecommunications and primarily work on validation of Contract workspaces in existing online Contract Management tool along with validation of standard Legal documentation and contract review and abstraction
Responsibilities
Contract Data lifecycle management
Contract Deconstruction of key Contract Information
Review and validation of standard Legal documentation like Statement of Work, Work Orders, Project Change Requests etc.
adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities
Contract Interpretation Skills
Quality Review and validation of Contracts.
Responsible and accountable for leading Adhoc project
Help team member in resolving queries and provide support during business discussion
Thorough knowledge of databases and tracking systems and work with Business Partners to resolve any queries
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Q ualifications / Skills
Candidates preferred with Law degree from reputed college
Minimum work experience of post-Qualification Experience along with Contract Management experience
Preferred Q ualifications / Skills
Understanding ERP tools li ke ARIBA, COUPA, SAP is an added advantage.
Exposure to IT and professional services contract.
