This Profile " International Logistics Manager" is responsible for overseeing and managing the supply chain and logistics operations of Harold Electricals Company's international shipping, distribution, and warehousing activities. Candidate need to ensure the efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods across borders while adhering to all relevant legal, regulatory, and customs requirements.: International Logistics ManagerKey Responsibilities:
• Supply Chain Coordination:
• Plan and manage the international transportation of goods, including import and export operations.
• Ensure timely deliveries while minimizing transportation costs and optimizing logistics routes.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers.
2.Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export/import controls.
• Oversee and manage all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and procedures in various countries.
• 3. Inventory and Warehouse Management:
• Coordinate international warehousing strategies, managing inventory levels to meet global demand.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations, including the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods
• 4. Cost Control:
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies across the logistics process.
• Negotiate freight rates, contracts, and service terms with carriers and suppliers to optimize costs.
• Monitor logistics budgets and assess financial performance to ensure efficient spending.
5.Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate risks related to international shipping, such as transportation delays, geopolitical issues, or legal changes.
• Oversee the management of insurance for goods in transit and resolve any disputes or issues with lost or damaged shipments.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in international logistics, shipping, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of global shipping regulations, customs clearance processes, and trade compliance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
