Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Amazon Account Management Executive to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing Amazon accounts and running effective advertising campaigns across Amazon portals in the US, UK, and UAE. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of Amazon's platform and advertising tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
• Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts.
• Monitor and improve product listings, ensuring accurate content, images, and keywords.
Handle all aspects of Amazon account health, including performance metrics, customer feedback, and compliance.

Advertising Campaigns:
• Plan, create, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
Optimize ad campaigns through regular analysis and adjusting bids, keywords, and targeting.

Sales & Performance Analysis:
• Track and analyze sales performance and advertising metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Generate regular reports on sales, ad performance, and account health.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for account and campaign improvements.

Market Expansion:
• Strategically manage Amazon accounts in the US, UK, and UAE markets.
• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and the competitive landscape in each region.
Adapt strategies to suit the unique characteristics of each marketplace.

Collaboration:
• Work closely with the product development, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with external agencies and service providers as needed.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing Amazon accounts and running ads on Amazon.
• Proven experience in handling Amazon portals for the US, UK, and/or UAE markets.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Proficiency in Amazon advertising tools and strategies.
