Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Handle end-to-end order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping of 50-100 daily orders (and scaling as needed).
• Inventory Management: Ensure accurate stock levels for e-commerce platforms and update listings regularly.
• Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms to enhance visibility and customer engagement.
• Quality Control: Check the quality of items before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via e-commerce platforms, emails, or calls.
• Reporting: Monitor daily sales and performance metrics, preparing regular reports for management.
• Process Improvement: Suggest and implement ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or related roles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
