Mandatory Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Development role within an IT Services company (Digital Services, Cloud, and AI).- Strong understanding of IT services industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage strong customer relationships to drive business growth.- Achieve revenue targets by identifying and converting new business opportunities.- Lead the response strategy for proposals, including proposal development, review, feedback, competitive positioning, and pricing/commercial decisions.- Create and present solution pitches, RFP/RFI responses, and sales presentations.- Develop and execute sales strategies to sell IT solutions and services.- Build compelling value propositions that align customer needs with Amantya Technologies' offerings.- Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and manage marketing campaigns.Qualifications:- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- B.Tech/B.E- MBA (preferred).
