Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, MIS Reporting
You?re responsible to operate a MIS and Reporting team which will support the data and information requirements of Operations across multiple site and geographies. You will need to lead reporting/ MIS resources who will be located out of multiple locations. You will be encouraged to constantly challenge the current level of reports delivery and bring in innovations in reporting to generate insights using the latest tools and technologies available.
Responsibilities
Assist the transition lead in bring together key updates (SOP, knowledge transfer etc.) from Investment accounting teams
Prepare first level presentation and documents on various transition updates
You're responsible for maintaining minutes and it's tracking from the key meetings held
Keep track on key action points from the project meetings and seek IA teams for its completeness and resolution
Work closely with RTAs (Real Time Analysts) to provide WFM support.
Providing insights on existing data to internal/external partners
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualification
Graduation in any stream (PG would be an added advantage)
Meaningful experience in Team Handling/ people facing role.
Preferred qualifications
Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
Excellent knowledge & understanding of MS excel, Word and PowerPoint
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
Have experience of WFM tools.
