We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dynamic team in Tamil Nadu .The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Global Distribution System (GDS) and Minimum Experience of 1 to more years of experience working in a contact center environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Responsibilities:
Primary Job Responsibility:
Understands the various computer screens and how to utilize them effectively
Interfaces with customers, clients and vendors, and escalates areas of concern to the appropriated supervisory staff
Attends assigned training sessions for further improvement in client and customer satisfaction, client information and job performance
Adheres to all company and specific Contact Center policies and procedures
Completes any work as assigned by Management
Education and Essential Experience:
12th Pass / Under graduate /Graduate or Diploma certified can Apply
Skill set-Ticketing experience or Ticketing experience under the airlines is must (Minimum of 1 year/ Under GDS we can look for the following ticketing software tools - 1 year to more Years of GDS working Experience in a contact center environment will work
Strong knowledge of Global Distribution System (GDS)
