Role and Responsibilities:
As Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for all recruiting and staffing programs and activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent as well as partnering with MB managers to help build a workforce with critical skills needed at any point in time. Ensure compliance of talent processes
Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for mid to senior level hires across various verticals
Planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships
Adhere to Recruitment SLAs, with a formal tracking process/reporting/metrics/analytics
Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements and create a strong talent pipeline for mid to senior level to satisfy current as well as future hiring needs
Effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through various portals, key contacts, head hunting etc. Ability to recruit passive candidates
Experience in offer negotiation and follow up with the candidates
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent
Manage partnerships with alumni associations, colleges and other hiring agencies
Required Professional Expertise :
Masters degree in Human Resources Management - preferable
3+ years of experience in Recruitment domain experience in the sector will be a plus
Ambitious individual who can work under his / her own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
Ability to manage change with proven time management skills
Good interpersonal and team-management skills
Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
