Role: AM RPOBasic FunctionsRecruit highly qualified external candidates for full-time professional and managerial positions within the company. Partner with hiring managers and senior business leaders (if needed) to understand position specifications and qualifications. Develop and implement recruitment plans to proactively fill positions in a timely manner. Manage external candidates through the selection process with a focus on outstanding customer service and effective communication to all parties. Partner with senior management to negotiate high level salaries and variable compensation packages.Major Duties and Resposibilitiesxc2xb7 Manage a team of recruiters / sourcersxc2xb7 Stakeholder management - Connect with the stakeholders on a daily basisxc2xb7 Support team members for assigned requisitionsxc2xb7 Build a talent pool for consideration for current and future openings by utilizing strategic and innovative recruitment and sourcing techniquesxc2xb7 Partner with business leaders to understand current and future staffing needsxc2xb7 Develop effective recruitment plans and strategiesxc2xb7 Taking full owner ship of all internal roles, right from sourcing of a prospective resource till on-boarding.xc2xb7 Sourcing profiles from Job boards, through references, networking sites.xc2xb7 Salary negotiationsxc2xb7 Offers roll out and candidate management.xc2xb7 Pre joining and post joining follow-ups, to check if the resource has any queries.xc2xb7 Generating Status Reports on Daily & Weekly basisxc2xb7 Identify and implement process improvementsQualification:xc2xb7 Education: Graduation in any fieldMin Years of Experiencexc2xb7 8-12 yearsSkills RequiredExcellent interviewing and assessment skills; experience operating in a consultative and/or advisory capacity; good communication (both written and verbal), listening, negotiation, interpersonal and decision making skills; attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and prioritize along with good judgement are necessary; knowledge of state and federal employment laws; must be able to make independent decisions and act on them accordingly; ability to maintain a high degree of flexibility with the ability to recruit/source candidates possessing various skill sets (and levels) for a wide variety of positions and business units; solid understanding of internet sourcing, direct sourcing, cold calling and networking recruitment methods; must be able to work effectively within a team environment; strong leadership and problem solving skills.
