Edu - Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or related fields. PG degree in Marketing is desirable.

• Analyze product performance and develop or help to develop individual promotional strategy of the products.
• Plan the tactics to execute the promotional plan in accordance with the organizational goals and in liaison with the sales team.
• Maintain and cultivate existing and new KOL relationships to plan, drive and engage KOL\xe2\x80\x99s through various engagement plans.
• Keep a track of marketing activities, resource planning and allocations, & bring in rationale cost control to the department.
• Plan frequent clinical communications to the sales team on focused topics.
• Help in planning and executing internal and external trainings.
• Plan and ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s presence in all planned MDA\xe2\x80\x99s in accordance with the branding guidelines.
• Provide clinical support to the sales team on strategic topics.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to drive the organizational strategy and deliver the results as described in the KRA\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Assist the reporting manager with all assigned duties and responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 91,000,000.00 - 91,400,000.00 per year Schedule:

Experience:
