The team monitors the portfolio of customers regularly and takes corrective actions in line with strategic business goalsThe Marketing team is responsible for developing Marketing and Marketing communications strategies, Go-To Market Strategies to support Acquisition, Usage and Retention programmes, Brand Equity and channel objectivesIt also involves leading the management of Marketing Mix, Marketing campaigns and always-on marketing activity and related budgets and ROI.
