Job Title: AM - HRLocation: Sec- 76 Gurugram, HaryanaJob Summary:HR Manager is responsible for managing all human resource activities for the plant and corporate
office. This role focuses majorly on recruitment along with onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Staffing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for plant operations, including sourcing, interviewing,
and onboarding of new employees. Partner with department managers to forecast staffing needs
and develop recruitment strategies.Employee Relations:
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees, addressing employee concerns, grievances,
and conflicts in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing
employee engagement initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree
preferred.
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
