Hi All,We are having urgent opening for AMHR with one of our client @Gurgaon.Key Functions of HR:Training and Development:

  • Onboarding: Comprehensive onboarding programs to familiarize new hires with company policies, processes, and tools.
  • Skill Enhancement: Ongoing training programs to keep employees updated with the latest technologies and processes.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
  • Work Environment: Creating a positive and motivating work environment to reduce attrition rates.
  • Incentives and Recognition: Implementing reward and recognition programs to keep employees motivated and engaged.
Performance Management:
  • Regular Appraisals: Conducting performance evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
  • Goal Setting: Helping employees set and achieve career goals aligned with organizational objectives.
Compliance and Legal Management:
  • Labor Laws: Ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to maintain legal and ethical standards.
Employee Relations:
  • Conflict Resolution: Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Communication Channels: Maintaining open lines of communication between employees and management.
