Assistant Manager- Statutory Audit - (1+ Year) - MumbaiWe are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 6 months of post qualification experience in statutory audit, consolidation of financial statements with hands-on experience in preparing and interpreting financial statements using Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS).Location- MumbaiYour future employer: A fast-growing FMCG company with over two decades of experience providing top-tier hygiene solutions.Responsibilities: * Conducting statutory audits for manufacturing firms, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

• Preparing and analysing financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Manage the consolidation process for financial statements, including inter-company eliminations, currency translations, and equity method investments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data, analyze trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Leading and participating in special projects, such as process improvements, system implementations, and financial due diligence activities.

Requirements: * Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6 months of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or audit roles.

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (INDAS), with hands-on experience in preparing and interpreting financial statements.
• Experience conducting statutory audits for manufacturing firms, preferably in a Big 4 or reputable audit firm.
• Expertise in consolidation accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
