If yes, then this is the role for you.The A&M Consulting Team was established in 2023 as a service within the Strategy & Transformation Function. This team works in close partnership with the Global Marketing Transformation Office to deliver the ambition for PEPxe2x80x99s consumer functions across both food and beverages for PepsiCo globally. Through The Becoming Better Investors workstream, A&M Consulting has led the diagnostics and delivery of +$500MM of reinvestable savings across PepsiCo Advertising & Media (A&M) spend to raise marketing functions capabilities and fuel Pep+ growth. The program is expected to continue to expand throughout 2025/2026 across all sectors.This role will be responsible for A&M spend process mapping and developing proposal for A&M right sizing optimization, A&M allocation and A&M efficiency & effectiveness opportunities. This includes providing A&M expertise in mapping of existing Media and non-Media A&M spending processes in the BU, leading brand deep dives with local teams, comparing A&M spending vs external and internal benchmarking, identifying inefficiencies in A&M spend, developing hypothesis for driving efficiency & effectiveness of A&M spend in the BU. This person would support A&M Consulting Team in development of A&M optimisation initiatives and establishing A&M spending frameworks, processes and ways of working to ensure sustained A&M optimisation and right-sizing in the BU.
