Job Description
1. Handling & mangaging new & exisiting shades.2. Workability trials for new colors.3. Development of new materials - PT-ED chemicals, Sealer, PVC, SGC & Hot wax materials.4. Equipment operation & trouble shooting.5. Upgrading equipment of existing paint shops incorporating latest technology ,energy efficient solutions.6. Lab Equipment performance analysis & planning for upgradation/renewal.7. Knowledge of paints, its application technology, issues & countermeasures.8. Painting robots, Online/Offline robot teaching for body & Bumper, robot & teaching issues & countermeasures.9. Desgining of low viscosus & high viscous material circualtion system.
