ordinations linked to despatches Logistics Co-ordination for dispatches monitoring till stocks
reach destinationEnsure timely execution.Timeliness and accuracyTimely product availability at
Distributors Warehouse for salesMIS Primary sales & Sec Sales

Inventory Analysis & Export FDF Data Analysis

Incentive : Checking & Organising Incentive

payout.Primary sales, Secondary tracker ,
Monthly sales summary,
, HQ wise sales ,Near expiry stock
report,Creation of Dashboard .Ensure completion within the
specified timelineTimely processing with CFT ,co -
ordination for payoutsFinance & Accounts Checking and processing of set up cost for Sri
Lanka - relevant coordination with internal CFT and

Settlement for damages / breakages / short

supply of stock/price Difference / expiries as per SOP
