Designation: - : Assistant Manager- Business Development (US Accounts) Location: - Ahmedabad Experience: - 10 to 12 years (minimum 5 years experience in US Accounting - Business Development is required) Salary: - 15 to 18 LPA Shift: - 4 PM to 2:30 AM (US Shift) Working Days: - 5 Qualifications: - Bachelors degree Position description: - Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in sales within the US market, consistently achieving and exceeding revenue and lead generation targets. Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and generate qualified leads via phone calls, emails, social selling, networking, events, and other creative channels. Sales Strategy Execution: Utilize advanced sales techniques, including market research and critical thinking, to close high-value deals and expand our market share. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on goals, track progress, and implement best sales practices Qualifications: A minimum of 8-9 years of proven experience in sales & Business Development , particularly within the US market. Experience in selling US finance & accounting services Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
