Key responsibilities include :- Identify and visit college, meet TPO/Principal to seek permission for an on campus presentation and one on one counselling.- Represent the company as the main Speaker, initiates Discussion with student, Counselling on career options/advancements etc.,- As a Key Account Manager - B2B, you will be responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area.- Achieve all individual sales targets in your area by maintaining and creating a close relationship with your institutional partner.- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly target to the management for decision making and planning- Ensuring end to end compliance for all Institutional partner deals.- Being updated on new products and serviceQualification : - Bachelor\'s degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration/Business Management, MBA preferred.- Competencies (Beginner/Intermediate/Advance): E.g.: Communication - A,- Should have good geographical intimacy and proven track record- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills- Good Communication and presentation skills- Must be confident to handle queries- Passionate about Sales.- Logical and solution-oriented mindset with good analytical ability.- Sales Planning & Strategy- Teamwork and Collaboration.
