Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Curriculum Planning & Delivery :
• Design and deliver lesson plans in core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies) in line with the school's curriculum.
• Incorporate creative teaching techniques, including interactive activities, group work, and use of technology to enhance learning.
• Ensure lessons meet the diverse learning needs of all students, using differentiated instruction when necessary.
• Student Assessment & Progress :
• Regularly assess student understanding and provide constructive feedback on their performance.
• Prepare progress reports and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student development.
• Identify areas of improvement for individual students and provide additional support through extra lessons or remedial work.
• Classroom Management :
• Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement classroom rules and ensure students adhere to school policies.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and collaborative atmosphere in the classroom.
• Parental Communication :
• Maintain regular communication with parents about their child's progress, achievements, and any concerns.
• Encourage parental involvement in school activities, homework support, and overall learning processes.
• Co-Curricular & Extracurricular Activities :
• Participate and help organize school events, co-curricular activities, and field trips.
• Mentor students in extracurricular activities as per school guidelines.
• Professional Development :
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, tools, and curriculum developments.
• Attend workshops, training sessions, and staff meetings to continuously improve teaching skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
