Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage daily breakfast service across various cuisines Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times Monitor and manage inventory relevant to breakfast ingredients Coordinate with kitchen staff and support smooth meal operations

Required Skills:

Expertise in breakfast preparation (e.g., South Indian dishes, parathas, eggs to order, sandwiches, poha, upma, pancakes, etc.) Experience in handling multi-cuisine breakfast menus Good time management and ability to handle rush hours Understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team
