Job holder responsibilities:
- Co-drive with the Paints Sales Leader to execute the profitable growth strategy.
- Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the Company, Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
- Drive monthly performance against target and strategy and take pro-active measure, if required, algin with reasonable assumptions and performance against market conditions.
- Formulate and actively drive OPI growth, risks and opportunities and closing the gap actions highlighted in the IBP cycle.
- Actively work on Pricing/Revenue Management and lead Cost control initiatives in order to improve margins in light of (raw material) cost and developments as well as market position.
- Drive Productivity, Opex management.
- Related in control activities (Rock self assessment, etc)
- Validates and challenges business cases in close cooperation with sales, marketing, FP&A, ISC, accounting, and other stakeholders inside and outside the responsible BU-2 Where required.
- Overall responsible for the responsible Paints Business Profit and Loss and OCF delivery (including OWC).
Finance professional approx. 15+ years of experience
- Strong in both compliance and business navigation (co-pilot with the Business Head)
- Prior experience in MNC with a complex matrix environment and interdependencies
- Strong communication and Interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage both the external and internal stakeholders (Business Heads, Functional Heads, Finance Pillar Heads at various levels whether local, region and global).
