Airports/air Cargo/ground Staff
Job Description
Customer Service Agent:Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters
Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other relevant details
Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations
Baggage Handler:Load and unload baggage from aircraft
Transfer baggage between flights and terminals
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of baggage to passengers
Adhere to safety guidelines and handle baggage with care
Ramp Agent:Perform aircraft pushback and towing
Handle the loading and unloading of cargo and mail
Secure and inspect cargo to ensure compliance with regulations
Operate ground support equipment
Gate Agent:Manage boarding processes and gate activities
Verify passenger boarding passes and assist with seat assignments
Communicate with flight crew and ground personnel
Handle boarding announcements and address passenger inquiries
