JOB DESCRIPTIONWe have Opening for Ground Staff, Air Ticketing & Cabin Crew.This position is open with Airlines Company.Ground Staff Responsibilities:1. Greeting and welcoming passengers, and responding to questions.
2. Checking in baggage.
3. Making reservations.
4. Selling airline tickets.
5. Stocking aircraft with refreshments.
6. Cleaning aircraft after flights.
7. Assisting disabled passengers and those with small children.
8. Providing information to passengers.Ground Staff Requirements:
1. Diploma in administration or travel, or PG diploma course.
2. Experience in customer care.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4.Well-groomed.
5. Willing to work shifts.
