We are looking for:Job Title xe2x80x93 NOC ManagerLocation xe2x80x93 BangaloreTerms xe2x80x93 Permanent & work from office onlyExperience xe2x80x93 5 - 9 yrsDesired skills and requirements:Must Have:6xe2x80x938 years of NOC Manager experience/Team Lead at NOCITIL/ITSM or other industry-related certification is preferredPeople leadership and direction experienceProfessional manner and customer service experienceUnderstanding of Telecommunication networks and methodology requiredExcellent communication skillsAbout the Role:xe2x9exa2 Supervision: Oversee the daily operations of the NOC team, ensuring all activities align withcompany standards and objectives.xe2x9exa2 Training and Development: Train, mentor, and develop NOC staff, ensuring they are up to datewith the latest technologies and best practices.xe2x9exa2 Scheduling: Manage staff schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage, including on-call rotations.xe2x9exa2 Incident Response: Lead the response to network incidents, including outages, securitybreaches, and performance issues, ensuring timely resolution.xe2x9exa2 Escalation Procedures: Develop and implement escalation procedures for incidents, ensuringcritical issues are promptly addressed.xe2x9exa2 KPIs, KRA's and SLAs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levelagreements (SLAs) and Team KRA metrics.xe2x9exa2 Reporting: Generate regular performance reports, highlighting trends, issues, and areas forimprovement.xe2x9exa2 Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for network related issues,communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.xe2x9exa2 Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve NOC processes and procedures toenhance efficiency and effectiveness.Team HRxe2x9exa2 Audit and Review: Conduct regular audits and reviews of NOC operations to ensure quality andcompliance which includes regular health checks on customer environment.xe2x9exa2 Vendor and Contract Management: Lead Customer Onboarding and contract Renewals.xe2x9exa2 Feedback Integration: Incorporate customer feedback into NOC processes to improve servicequality and responsiveness.xe2x9exa2 Service Improvement: Implement strategies to continuously improve the customer experienceregarding network services.xe2x9exa2 Knowledge Base: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for the NOC team.xe2x9exa2 Continuous Learning: Promote continuous learning and development within the NOC team,encouraging certification and further education.xe2x9exa2 Workshops and Trainings: Organize workshops and Trainings to keep the team updated on thelatest trends and technologies.xe2x9exa2 Custom Reports: Create custom reports for different stakeholders, providing insights intonetwork performance and health.xe2x9exa2 Metrics Development: Develop new performance metrics to better evaluate the effectivenessof the NOC.xe2x9exa2 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the NOC operations comply with all relevant regulatoryrequirements.Abouts Us:Airowire Networks is a leading network consultant and a system integration firm operating for adecade.
