Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.
Be responsible for customer satisfaction
Maintain regular communication with customers prior to departure to provide updated travel information, including delayed departures and earlier flight availability
Co-ordinating with ticket Vendor
Bring more vendors on board.
Maintaining healthy relationship with vendors in terms of payment.
