Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engg . Interpret wire harness design definitions, wiring, routing & connection schematics. Develop, implement and maintain various manufacturing plans, Bill of Materials, work instructions and illustrations to define and document as-built configuration. Develop work instructions for installing wire harnesses and components in panels and other assemblies. Knowledge on Fabrication processes involved in wire harness fabrication and wiring by cutting, sorting, color-coding, labelling, kitting, measuring, stripping, crimping, soldering, and routing various lengths, types, and gauges of wire, heat-shrink, and other related materials and apply them on work instructions. Offer expertise on using and maintenance of tools and equipment such as wire strippers, crimpers, solder iron, wire identification and cutting machines, heat guns, and associated tools. Review Installation and fabrication plans in CAPP/MES, Teamcenter/ Enovia. Author and review inspection plan for wire harnesses, panels, and aircraft electrical systems for continuity and accurate functioning. Work on engineering design rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests, etc. Train less-experienced engineers in terms of technical knowledge Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving Train the team on relevant industry standards, specifications and best practices. Hands on ownership and supportive mindset to the production system. Collaborating with peers, lead, and global teams, to ensure the work instructions and standards are defined most efficiently and implemented across teams.
