Job Description

We are looking for a cleaner for a 2 bhk apartment in Arpora. We have an airbnb and need someone to clean the apartment for our guests before they check in and also during their stay as and when required.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and Sanitizing: Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Linen Management: Wash, dry, and replace linens and towels as needed. Ensure all bedding is fresh and presented nicely.
• Inventory Checks: Check supplies (toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.) and restock as necessary.
• Organizing: Ensure all furniture and decor are in place and tidy.
• Damage Reporting: Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to management.
• Guest Preparation: Ensure the property is guest-ready, adhering to set check-in times.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow cleaning protocols and maintain a high level of cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in hospitality or residential settings.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to various properties.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Arpora, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
