• Domestic & International Travel Management.
• Managing travel plans for clients, this includes managing booking for airlines.
• Ensuring that the best rates and travel are opted for at all times.
• Collect and verify necessary documents and information for updating KYC.
• Handling the application process for mileage cards and ensuring all required information is submitted.
• Keeping clients informed about the status of their mileage card applications.
• Coordinate and email the plans, booking details to clients. Ensure this is done seamlessly.
• Correspondence related to Payment collections and Follow-up.
• Maintain and update clients queries in the excel for follow-up.
• Maintain and swiftly resolve clients feedback of travel facilities as needed.
• Prepare & maintain database (ticket bookings, client communications, mileage cards and KYC documents) in system and as well as hard copy for future references.
• Address and resolve any issues related to ticketing, such as booking errors or cancellations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in travel regulations, and new technologies related to ticketing and travel services.
• Provide feedback to management on ways to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.
Job Specification :
• Bachelor's degree from recognised university
• 2-3 years' experience in customer service industry
• Hotel or Tourism & Travel industry experience would be an added advantage
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Gujarati, English, Hindi)
• Attention to details, Coordination Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management
