Job Responsibilities

• To Install, maintain and repair ventilation of HVAC systems and equipment
• To perform repairs for cooling, dehumidification, to remove moisture out of the air in the hospital air conditioning units
• To ensure optimal functioning of HVAC equipment
• To clean, adjust and repairing systems, and perform periodic maintenance services
• To perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating motors, and inspecting electrical connections
• To diagnose and repair systems, install new systems and ductwork, to identify malfunctions, faulty components, or performance issues
• Must use diagnostic tools and equipment to assess system performance, temperature differentials, airflow, and electrical connections
• Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines when performing AC installations, repairs, or maintenance
• To perform periodic rounds to all area to support equipment and maintains operating log of conditions observed and implement in preventive maintenance work
• To update the work order log book and inform the Engineering control desk on the status of work done

Job Specifications

Must be a Certified A/C technician

Must have strong understanding of HVAC systems in Hospitals

Ability to use various tools, power tools and testing equipment

Must be willing to work in shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?21,000.00 per month
