Role: AI/ML Mentor

Position Overview:

As an AI/ML Mentor at TrooperCruit, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering a cutting-edge curriculum that reflects the latest industry trends. You will mentor students through hands-on learning experiences, daily tasks, and regular scrum calls, ensuring they gain the practical skills needed to excel in the AI/ML field. Your expertise and guidance will be instrumental in helping students build strong portfolios and develop a deep understanding of AI/ML concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development:

• Design and update a comprehensive AI/ML syllabus that aligns with current industry standards and insights.
• Incorporate real-world projects and case studies into the curriculum to provide practical experience.

Hands-on Training:

• Provide daily tasks and assignments that reflect real-world challenges in AI/ML.
• Lead students through practical exercises and projects that enhance their technical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Scrum Call Management:

• Conduct regular scrum calls to monitor students' progress, address challenges, and provide timely feedback.
• Ensure that students are adhering to the learning track and meeting their sprint goals.

Mentorship and Guidance:

• Offer personalized mentorship to students, helping them understand their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Guide students in the creation of their portfolios, ensuring they showcase their skills and projects effectively.

Industry Insights:

• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI/ML, and share these insights with students.
• Provide recommendations on updated resources, tools, and best practices that align with industry needs.

Feedback and Assessment:

• Continuously assess student performance and provide constructive feedback on their work.
• Help students prepare for interviews and job placements by conducting mock interviews and portfolio reviews.

Student Engagement:

• Foster a student-friendly environment that encourages learning, creativity, and innovation.
• Engage students in discussions, Q&A sessions, and collaborative projects to enhance their learning experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the AI/ML industry.
• Proven experience as a mentor, trainer, or educator in AI/ML.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.

Location: Visakhapatnam (Vizag)

Employment Type : Part-time/Full-time

Work Days : Monday to Friday
