Helixbeat is looking for a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer with strong expertise in Python to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, data processing techniques, and software development practices. You will work on designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI and ML solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development: Design, develop, and train machine learning models using Python. Apply various machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve business problems and improve product functionality.
• Data Processing and Analysis: Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights. Use libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SciPy for data manipulation and analysis.
• Feature Engineering: Develop and implement feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance. Identify and create relevant features that improve model accuracy and generalization.
• Model Evaluation and Tuning: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques. Tune hyperparameters and optimize models for better performance and scalability.
• Algorithm Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML research. Implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to keep our solutions at the forefront of technology.
• Collaboration and Integration: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML models into production systems. Ensure seamless deployment and integration with existing platforms.
• Code Development and Maintenance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Maintain and update existing AI/ML models and codebases, ensuring high code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document development processes, model specifications, and code. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, model performance, and project progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Relevant certifications or coursework in AI/ML are a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on Python. Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikit-learn, OpenCV).
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data science methodologies.
• Experience with data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Google AI Platform).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Software Development Skills: Experience with software development best practices, including version control (Git), code reviews, and Agile methodologies.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Google Gemini experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and data warehousing solutions.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
