Roles and Responsibilities: Develop tools, services, and workflows to optimize data analysis, reports, and data management. Test data processes for accuracy, quality, and compliance. Conduct data analysis to derive insights and trends from structured and unstructured data sets. Utilize Python, MySQL, and Machine Learning techniques for web scraping and handling big data sets. Apply Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text data processing and analysis. Stay updated on emerging technologies and advancements in data engineering, ML, and NLP. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven experience in running and optimizing data processes. Strong familiarity with Linux/UNIX, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, and networking. Experience with Python, particularly in data engineering tasks. Proficiency in MySQL and experience with querying and handling big data sets. Familiarity with techniques and tools for processing data, such as Pandas, MapReduce, SQL. Proficient in implementing advanced security practices for data handling and provisioning. Experience in Machine Learning for data processing and analysis. Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for text data. Familiarity with version control, open-source practices, and code review.
