The Challenge Ahead
The SEIII AI/ML Expert will contribute to defining, developing, and deploying world-class AI/ML models and solutions. You will collaborate with a global team, driving innovation in AI/ML applications, and be a solid \xe2\x80\x9cbridge-builder,\xe2\x80\x9d strengthening relationships with developers and stakeholders around the world, relying on your tools and skills to enhance our products and services.
What an SE3 AI/ML Expert does at EA:
As an SE3 AI/ML Expert in the PQI Tech, your primary focus will be on designing and implementing advanced AI/ML models to support our initiatives. Most of your time will be focused on developing AI solutions that drive our product strategy and enhance user experience. This includes integrating AI models with other tools and systems.
You will also spend time researching the latest AI/ML technologies and methodologies, ensuring our solutions are at the cutting edge of innovation. Additionally, you will focus on continually improving model performance and collaborating with other teams to share best practices and insights.
Being proactive, motivated, energetic, and having the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business are keys to succeeding in this position.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including technical writing skills.
\xe2\x97\x8f
Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on NLP and Computer Vision.

Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch or Tensorflow).
\xe2\x97\x8f
Strong programming skills in Python and other relevant languages.
\xe2\x97\x8f
AWS or other cloud services experience (strongly preferred).
\xe2\x97\x8f
Experience with integrating AI/ML models into production environments.
\xe2\x97\x8f
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for quality.

A solutions-oriented team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
