Develop | Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automating the build, test, and deployment of AI/ML models and associated applications
2. Containerize AI/ML applications using Docker and/or Cloud Native Buildpacks (CNB) for efficient deployment to Kubernetes.3 Implement monitoring and logging to track the performance, reliability, and resource utilization of AI/ML applications, and for proactive identification of issues and troubleshooting.
4. Implement security best practices and compliance standards for AI/ML infrastructure and applications, including data encryption, access control, and vulnerability management.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI/ML engineers to streamline development and deployment workflows
6. Drive adoption of ML Ops and new data science techniques within the team
7. Explore tools and software for scanning vulnerabilities of open source AI/ML model providers and implement as part of the pipelines.8. Document infrastructure configurations, deployment processes, and best practices, and provide training and support to team members on DevOps tools and practices.
9. Utilize vector databases for efficient data handling and retrieval.Experience (Role Requirements):i\xcc\x88 Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related fields
i\xcc\x88 4-10 years of experience in DevOps
i\xcc\x88 Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Shell, or PowerShell
i\xcc\x88 Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
i\xcc\x88 Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Argo CD, Kubeflow/MLflow, Amazon Sagemaker, Azure pipelines
i\xcc\x88 Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, CNB and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
i\xcc\x88 Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk
i\xcc\x88 Understanding of security principles and best practices for cloud-based environments
i\xcc\x88 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbout the Team
