Practice Lead AI/ML



10+ years of experience in IT with at least 5 years of experience in AI and experience leading a team or modern technology practice like - AI/ML, Cloud. Expertise in creating new AI Solutions cutting across Industry Verticals. Has the ability to work with tech teams to implement Gen AI solutions working in matrix organization and Inculcate a Fabric of Innovation within Teams.

What you will do:


AI/ML Practice Lead is responsible for

• Align to the Organizations Goals and be able to lead a Practice through Innovation, thought leadership.
• Support the Presales /sales team in driving AI strategies for our customers/prospects by demonstrating the right solution set & migration strategies along with tools and techniques to drive the change. Lead customer discovery workshops, Design customer solutions by oneself or along with other experts & architects.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand the problems, improve collaboration and seek opportunities to drive AI solutions.
• Identify opportunities to drive efficiency through Machine Learning and AI. Presentations of the solution concepts to customers / partners at CXO level.
• Provide oversight to ongoing projects in AI space and ensure smooth delivery of solutions on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding defined objectives and quality standards.
• Collaborate with external Eco System to gather POV's on the AI evolutions. Drive R&D and Point Solutions to lead Co-Innovation conversations with Customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Good to have Master's degree or PhD.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with at least 3 years in AI/ML space.
• Proven track record of delivering ML/AI projects that have led to significant improvements in efficiency and productivity.
• Experience in designing solutions, estimating and project planning.
• Excellent leadership skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to a non-technical audience.
• Good to have - prior public speaking experience.
