The fund aims to foster innovation, scalability, and long-term value creation for its investors and portfolio companies.Job Roles and Responsibilities:Fund Operations: Oversee daily AIF and PMS operations, ensuring seamless workflows and accurate fund administration.Trade Management: Manage trade transactions, capital calls, and distributions, ensuring timely execution and settlement.NAV & Reporting: Coordinate with custodians, RTAs, and fund accountants to ensure accurate NAV calculations and investor reporting.Cash Flow Monitoring: Track fund expenses and cash flows to ensure proper fund liquidity and operational efficiency.Investor Onboarding: Oversee investor onboarding, KYC, and due diligence to comply with SEBI and regulatory guidelines.Custodian & RTA Coordination: Maintain relationships with custodians and RTAs, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reconciliation.Fund Accounting: Supervise fund accounting entries and ensure proper book-keeping of transactions and reconciliations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with auditors, legal teams, tax advisors, and consultants to facilitate smooth fund launches and operations.Investor Relations: Address investor queries, provide performance updates, and ensure transparent communication regarding fund operations.Qualification and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in AIF/PMS fund operations.
