• Identify opportunities for applying generative AI to improve products, services, and processes.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and developments in AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide technical leadership in AI for the quality engineering teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in AI, machine learning models, and quality engineering practices.
• Advocate for and lead the adoption of best practices in AI across quality engineering.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary AI team including data scientists, AI engineers, and project managers.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the AI team.

Relevant experience - Advanced Machine Learning and AI Knowledge, Programming and Frameworks

• Deep understanding of LLMs and experience implementation of LLMs. (ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, LLaMA, PaLM)
• Knowledge of generative models such as GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks), VAEs (Variational Autoencoders), and transformers.
• Proficiency in supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised learning techniques. Familiarity with reinforcement learning and its applications.
• Strong programming skills in Python, which is commonly used in AI and machine learning.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
• Ability to use and adapt open-source codebases for specific project needs.
• Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and big data querying tools.
• Knowledge at least of software development best practices and methodologies.
• Ability to architect and design scalable systems specifically for AI applications.
• knowledge of MLOps practices, Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and scaling AI solutions.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines to integrate AI systems into existing product environments seamlessly.
• Ability to conduct and apply cutting-edge research to practical business problems.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the fast-evolving field of AI.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
Prompt Engineering, demonstrated ability to craft effective prompts for GPT-like language models, including experience in prompt design for generating desired responses and controlling model outputs.

Qualifications





• 10+ years of experience in overall with minimum 5 years of experience in core AIML and extended generative AI solution development or implementation.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading AI projects, particularly in generative AI models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and knowledge software development, testing,
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
