Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand School Requirements:
• Document schools' needs clearly and prioritize them into actionable tasks.
• Collaborate with Third-Party Vendors:
• Communicate school requirements to the AI development team (vendors) in a clear and structured manner.
• Act as the point of contact to monitor the progress of development and resolve issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of the solutions as per agreed milestones.
• Project Management and Implementation:
• Plan and oversee the implementation of AI solutions in schools.
• Conduct regular testing of the solutions before delivering them to schools.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, technical details, and progress reports.
• Training and Support for Schools:
• Train school staff and teachers on how to use the implemented AI tools.
• Provide ongoing support to schools and resolve technical queries.
• Ensure Technology Ownership:
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure all software codes, documentation, and intellectual property are handed over and stored securely within the company.
• Maintain technical backups of the AI solutions for continuity.
• Reporting and Feedback:
• Gather feedback from schools on the effectiveness of the AI tools.
• Prepare reports highlighting success metrics, issues, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in Marketing and Demos:
• Support the marketing team in showcasing AI solutions to other schools through live demonstrations and presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience, even without formal degrees, may apply.
• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of AI tools, EdTech platforms, or software solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (like school owners or teachers).
• Project Coordination Skills:
• Experience in coordinating projects between clients and technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to document requirements clearly and monitor project progress.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English .
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with school owners and third-party vendors.
• Problem-Solving Ability:
• Proactive mindset to identify problems and find practical solutions.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet project deadlines.
• Other Qualities:
• Passion for education and technology.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet school owners and oversee AI implementations.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience working in an EdTech company or on AI-related projects.
• Understanding of school operations and their administrative challenges.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts like data analytics, automation tools, or AI dashboards.
