Team Leadership: Lead and mentor AI/ML engineers and data scientists to develop tailored software products for the telecom industry.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute AI/ML product strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on innovation within 4G/5G/6G networks.
Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the entire product development process, from ideation to deployment, ensuring continuous improvement.
Technical Guidance: Provide expertise on AI/ML algorithms for optimizing 4G/5G/6G radio networks.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize telecom data analytics to inform product decisions and enhance network performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across CNS and telecom domain experts for successful product launches.
Team Management: Lead, guide, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
Architectural Oversight: Ensure the right architecture, solution, design, and documentation are maintained.
Strategy Development: Work with business teams to define strategic direction and roadmap.
Task Delegation: Break down high-level designs into smaller tasks for team assignment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to architecture, design, quality, and documentation standards.The skills you bringSoftware Architecture: Proficient in architecting and designing complex software systems.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AI/ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and programming languages (e.g., Python, R). Familiarity with telecom software and network optimization tools is advantageous. Proficiency in Python is required, and familiarity with languages like C++, JavaScript is beneficial. Thorough knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as high-performance API service design, is essential.
Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, foster innovation, and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including telecom stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to proactively address challenges within telecommunication networks.
Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of cloud technologies, thorough understanding of Linux OS, familiarity with SCM tools and strategies, understanding of microservices concepts, and experience with DevOps implementation and frameworks like Kubernetes, Docker, ELK, and Airflow.
