The consultant will engage with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful selection, testing, and implementation of the tool. Responsibilities include:

• Understand evaluation process done so far, rationale for shortlisted AI governance tool(s) and suggest if better ones are available to suit our organizations needs
• Engage with 2 shortlisted vendors to understand tool capabilities, negotiate terms, and facilitate POC (demos already done internally)
• Coordinate the proof-of-concept phase, including setting up the tool, defining success criteria, and gathering feedback.
• Summarize findings from the POC, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and overall suitability.
• Develop a detailed implementation plan for scaling the selected tool across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and requirements. Also, provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and findings.
• Ensure seamless transition from POC to full-scale implementation, including training and support.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Tech/AI governance and project management. Experience in AI governance practices in Fashion or Retail industry, with insights into industry best-practices and AI governance tooling landscape would be highly preferred.Skills & Competencies:

• Prior experience in evaluation and implementation of tech governance tools
• Sound understanding of AI Governance tooling landscape and integrations needed with an organizations tech stack
• Understanding of data governance
• Strong project management skills, including coordinating POC phases and large-scale implementations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for engaging with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical skills to assess tool capabilities and summarize findings effectively.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, regulations and best practices.
