For this role, we are looking for solid theoretical foundation and proven implementation experience in AI and Software Engineering. Role: AI Engineer Experience: 1 - 4 years Education: A Ph.D. or Master\'s in Computer Science, AI, Mathematics or Statistics. Locations: Chennai, India Areas of Core Technical Expertise Supervised and Unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms. Transformer architecture and various transformer implementations. Large Language Models. Statistics Combinatorial Optimization. Designing, training, and evaluating highly sophisticated models with complex feature sets. End-to-end customer-ready solution development and implementation experience. Python, TensorFlow, Pytorch, SkLearn Databases: SQL/NoSQL, Oracle. Microsoft Azure Key Attributes and Abilities: High professional integrity and commitment. Never-say-die attitude. Deep sense of customer service. Willingness to put in hard work in a resource-constrained startup environment. A hardcore hands-on technologist. Complete Solution Lifecycle contribution - problem identification & requirements statement, solution approach development, data analysis, & prep, model design, software development & implementation, results validation & presentation, and improvement. Works for the team\'s Success. Driven, self-starter, independent. Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent Troubleshooting Skills. Responsibilities: Collaborating with retail experts, and solution architects, AI and solution engineers, to implement high financial impact AI-driven solutions. Participating in end-to-end solution lifecycle - from problem identification through implementation and ongoing improvement. Understanding business challenges, defining precise problem statements, developing solution approaches that advance the state of the art, solving critical technical problems, and ensuring rapid solution delivery. Deploying models in production environments, managing computing resources. Identifying, internal process and infrastructure optimization opportunities and automating pipelines.
