Position - Senior AI/ML Developer

Role Overview:

We are currently looking for a Senior Developer with AI, ML, and image reading or processing knowledge responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining financial applications that leverage advanced technologies. The incumbent plays a crucial role in creating innovative solutions that enhance the company's offerings and ensure the highest standards of quality and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and Developing Software Solutions: Creating robust and scalable software applications tailored to the fintech industry.
• Implementing AI and ML Algorithms: Integrating AI and ML models to enhance application functionality and user experience.
• Image Processing: Developing and testing applications that involve image reading and processing.
• Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Working closely with other developers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensuring Security and Compliance: Implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Optimizing Performance: Enhancing the performance and efficiency of applications through code optimization and best practices.
• Staying Updated with Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of new technologies, tools, and methodologies in AI, ML, and fintech.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: At least 4+ years of experience as a software developer, with specific experience in AI, ML, and image processing.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++), AI and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and image processing tools (e.g., OpenCV).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality code and applications.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to collaborative projects.
• Certifications: Optional certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Certified - Professional Data Engineer, or relevant AI/ML certifications can be advantageous.

Experience : 4 years+ (relevant)

Salary : Up to 12 lpa

Job Location : Kolkata (shortlisted candidates will need to answer face-to-face interview in Kolkata)

This is a work-from-office job and needs one to work 5 days a week from office and 2 saturdays in a month from home.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?1,200,000.00 per year
