Here, you\'ll delve into the fascinating realm of emerging technologies, contributing to the build-up of Gen AI capabilities. Not only will you be working on high-impact projects that bring substantial value to our company, but you will also be joining a global team with active pods in Singapore and Switzerland. As a key member of our new India Pod that is currently being established, you\'ll have the chance to make a real difference.Your expertise

• masters or Bachelors level degree in Computer Science or any related advanced quantitative discipline (analytics / data science background will be added advantage)
• ideally 12+ years of relevant or equivalent experience, experience in finance industry is a plus
• deep understanding and extensive practical experience in one or more areas like NLP, Gen AI, knowledge Graph, Network Analysis, NLU, Sentiment, Speech-to-text
• demonstrated proficiency in Python, especially in the following frameworks and libraries: PyTorch, transformers, LangChain, openai, spaCy, datasets, peft, tokenizers, optimum, accelerate
• manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• organize and lead important design and architecture decisions
• coaching, Mentoring & hiring team members
