Briefly about the job
In this role, you will be responsible for working with AI services, building end-to-end Industry specific AI solutions, and managing all aspects from data to deployment. You will take on platform responsibility and work primarily with Azure development. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, helping to identify and execute the needs of our business and support the development of appropriate strategies for moving forward. As an essential player in this international business environment, you will play a critical role in enabling capability creation and acceleration as we embark on this thrilling journey.

You will report to the Head of AI & Automation CFE and you can be located in Kolkata or Pune.

This is you
We are seeking a candidate with a BTech or MTech degree in computer science & Engineering, or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics & Computing along with some background in AI or related fields. You should have done some projects / experience in the following areas:

• Working with AI services and building end-to-end AI solutions
• Managing all aspects from model development to deployment
• Proficiency in Python or R, Scala, Julia SQL, Java is a plus.
• Some familiarity on Deploying, managing, and scaling robust applications on Azure.
• Familiarity with PLC Programming or Microcontroller Programming, System Integration and Testing and Debugging. (Mandatory for the Electronics and Computer Science Candidates)
• Understanding of HMI (Human-Machine Interface) Integration with PLC programs. (Mandatory for the Electronics and Computer Science Candidates)
• Some understanding with Azure DevOps, GIT, GitHub or DevOps Engineering practices for CI/CD pipelines would be added advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Governance.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Some Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure Key Vault.
• Some Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates would be added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Azure Security and Compliance, Azure Service Deployment, Monitoring and Performance Optimization, Automation Scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages to streamline operational tasks and workflows and Cloud Infrastructure.
