# Identification of new projects keeping in view (Productivity, safety, energy & resources conservation)
# Maintaining the relationships with competitive vendors.

KRA1 # Projects Feasibility study Calculating productivity, payback, IRR, NPV, defining the scope of the project, proposal writeup, initial discussions with the vendors, cost estimation of the project.
KRA2 # Projects Planning Identifying the locations, freezing the specifications, defining the time frame, WBS of project, procurement of the items, finalization of the vendors.
KRA3 # Projects Execution Coordination of the activities, Resource mobilization, Continual reporting to the stakeholders.
KRA4 # Projects Monitoring Tracking the progress, resources & manpower. Liaison with operations, engineering & Vendors
KRA5 # Projects Controlling Cost controlling, commissioning, Performance acceptance trails, Training of operations and maintenance personnel, formal closing of the project & handing over project to operations.
