Job Specification:

Location : Rajkot, Gujarat & Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Education: Graduation/ B.sc/M.sc (Agriculture) or BBA or MBA

Experience: 0 to 1 yr

Computer Efficiency : MS Office, Internet surfing

:

• Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
• Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, whatsapp and any other media.
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Maintaining very good relationships with new and existing major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
• Need to do regular and effective follow-ups with Old & repeated Customer.
• Time to time answer farmer Queries over the call on a regular basis.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Have to check order status of your customer for giving them updates and taking necessary actions if required.
• Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers
• Have to prepare crop schedules
• Advising farmers on how to improve their crop yields
• Technical support and guidance to sales staff for cross-sales of product

Skills Required

• Achieve targeted sales at any cost.
• Good Communication skills in verbal and on social media platforms.
• Strong listening and then understanding skills for conversation with customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasker, prioritize routine work.
• The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
• Good to sort out Direct Inquiries
• Has a good knowledge of major pests, diseases, deficiencies, and toxicity affecting the key crops.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
