Agronomist Specialist Intern - Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Travelling is required to different experiment sites) Duration: 6 months About Us:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Agronomist Specialist Intern to join our team. The intern will play a crucial role in developing optimized solutions for different crops, conducting experiments, and contributing to the creation of our agriculture drone intelligence platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Experimentation and Research:
• Conduct experiments and research studies to understand crop behavior, growth patterns, and responses to various stimuli.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate agronomic insights into the development of precision agriculture solutions.
• Multispectral Imaging Analysis:
• Utilize drone-based multispectral imaging data to analyze crop health, nutrient levels, and overall vitality.
• Interpret and provide insights from imagery to optimize crop management practices.
• Precision Agriculture Implementation:
• Work on the implementation of precision agriculture techniques to enhance crop yields and resource efficiency.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate agronomic recommendations into our drone intelligence platform.
• Collaboration with External Partners:
• Collaborate with external partners, research institutions, and agricultural experts to stay updated on the latest agronomic research and technologies.
• Participate in field trials and experiments in collaboration with partner organizations.
• Statistical and Predictive Modeling:
• Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques to assess and forecast crop behavior.
• Work with machine learning algorithms to develop predictive models for crop yield optimization.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Document experimental procedures, results, and observations.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Agronomy, Agriculture Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of agronomic principles and crop science.
• Knowledge of precision agriculture technologies and drone-based imaging is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Statistical Analysis
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
