Job Profile: Agronomist Location: Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-time Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, or a related field. Job Type- Field Experience Level: 1-2 years Areas of Expertise:
- Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Conduct field research and experiments to develop and improve agricultural practices.
- Provide expert advice on crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable farming techniques.
- Analyze soil samples and recommend appropriate soil amendments and fertilizers.
- Monitor crop performance and identify potential issues related to plant health, pest infestations, and nutrient deficiencies.
- Collaborate with farmers, researchers, and other stakeholders to implement effective agricultural practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in agronomy and agricultural technology.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on research findings and recommendations.
- Must have your own transportation for travel requirements.
